About the event

Old Montana Prison Historical Dusk Tour

Explore the grounds and history of the Old Montana Prison like you never have before! This tour begins at 7:30 pm after the museum doors have closed and locked for the day. Join Lem and Don, your tour guides, who will give you an in-depth history as you make your way through the grounds and buildings of the Old Prison. Visit areas that are off limits to the general public during regular museum hours like, the upper tiers of the 1913 Cellhouse where prisoner graffiti can still be seen today. Climb the stairs of the infamous Death Tower where Jerry Myles and Lee Smart spent their last living hours during the 1959 riot.

Tickets are limited and will go fast. Secure your spot today!
