PAYMENT    
US Orders
We accept personal and company checks, money orders, credit card orders by telephone or you may pay securely online with your credit card via PayPal. All checks or money orders must be drawn on a US bank in US dollars, and made payable to PCMAF.
International orders
We have a great deal of experience shipping packages all over the World, and welcome orders from everyone, no matter where you live. Please select PayPal as your method of payment, we cannot currently accept any other payment method for International sales. You may use any major credit card to pay for your purchase securely online with PayPal. Please be aware that you may be liable for customs duty and import taxes, please check with your local postal service for more information.

SHIPPING    
We charge the actual shipping rate, plus a small handling fee to cover materials and packaging costs. Once you have entered your address on the checkout page, the shipping and handling fee will be calculated. You may then amend, confirm and place your order.
Orders are normally shipped within 3 business days of payment being received. (Checks may require up to 10 days to clear). We use USPS 1st class, Priority or Airmail services. You will receive an email once your order has been received, another when your order has been shipped. If there is a delay in processing your order, you will receive notification by email and be entitled to a full or partial refund if you decide not to wait.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Most new and unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping fees. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. All returned items will be inspected and awarded a partial refund if opened or used. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item/s back to us. If the return is a result of our error, a full refund will be made including shipping fees.
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please retain all packaging and contact us as soon as possible.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
Your privacy is of paramount importance to us, we will never rent, sell or otherwise make your personal information, including your email address, available to any other company or third party, unless it is essential to carry out your order (ie. the Post Office to deliver your package). We occasionally send email newsletters, but you may un-subscribe from these messages at any time. Any credit card information you send will be transmitted over secure networks only, and will not be stored on our systems or servers once your order has been processed. If you use PayPal to pay for your order, we do not have access to your credit card information at any time. The information you impart to our website relates only to your shopping experience, and is not stored or used by us if you leave our online store without placing an order.

ERRORS AND OMISIONS
Prices and availability of products in this online store are subject to change without notice. Errors and ommisions will be corrected as soon as they are discovered. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer at any time if an honest error has been made (including after an order has been submitted, in which case a full or partial refund will be offered).

This limitation of liability applies whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, even if an authorized representative of PCMAF has been advised of or should have knowledge of the possibility of such damages.
